This is fascinating. This is why working at home is vastly different than at work/office/someone else’s space. Take a few minutes to notice how you feel with the way your desk is arranged and organized. Does it match your personality and how you want to work? If not, change it.

Filmmaker Aaron Trinder visits the desks of a handful of creative workers to get a look at their workspaces and discuss how they relate to that space. The result is this excellent six-minute video.

    As someone whose desk is usually pretty messy, that quote near the beginning is a good comeback to any tutt tutters: “If a messy desk is a sign of a messy mind, then what does an empty desk say?”
